Chinese smart electric vehicle manufacturer XPeng Inc. recorded triple-digit growth in its March deliveries, the company announced in a statement.

  • Xpeng said deliveries of its smart electric vehicles stood at 15,414 in March, up by 202% from the same month last year and 148% higher than the figures recorded in the previous month.
  • Deliveries for the month included 1,833 G3 units and G3i smart compact SUVs and 9,183 units of the smart sports sedan unit P7, which exceeded 9,000 for the first time. 
  • Total deliveries for the quarter were recorded at 34,561 vehicles, marking a 159% increase from the previous year. This includes 19,427 P7s; 10,486 P5s; and 4,648 G3 and G3i SUVs.

Cumulative deliveries hit 172,514 vehicles as of end-March. XPEV is up 9.11%.
