Chinese electric carmaker Li Auto Inc. opened the year with over 100% growth in deliveries as premium vehicle sales recorded historic highs, the company announced in a filing.

  • Deliveries for eh Li ONE model hit 12,268 units in January, reflecting a 128.1% increase versus the same month last year. Cumulative deliveries have reached 136,356 units since the market debut.
  • Li Auto Co-founder and President Yanan Shen said the company delivered over 10,000 Li ONEs for the third straight month, marking a fresh record for the units priced over RMB300,000 in China.
  • Shen said the 70,000 users have used the company navigate on autopilot feature, and the firm will continue to invest in research and development to offer users more products and services.

Li Auto ended January with 220 retail stores in 105 cities and 276 servicing centers. LI is up 3.10% premarket
